By accessing or using ProbFace AI (the “Website”, “we”)—including login, uploads, generation, subscription/payment and history—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Definitions

• Service: ProbFace AI web features and related APIs (if any), including template probface, custom probface, history, subscriptions and credits/minutes.
• Materials: videos/images and related technical metadata you upload or provide.
• Output/Results: generated videos, previews, downloadable files and related links.
• Credits/Minutes: units representing your compute usage or access rights (as shown in product pages).
• Subscription: recurring access (monthly/annual, etc.), which may include trials and auto‑renewal (as shown at checkout).

2) Account & security

1. You must provide accurate required information and are responsible for activities under your account.
2. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. For safety and compliance, we may apply verification, rate limits, temporary holds or other measures for abnormal activity.

3) License to use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service.

You understand:

• The Service runs cloud inference; once a job starts, compute cost is incurred;
• Results depend on input quality and may vary;
• We continuously update models and product flows, which may affect output details and speed.

4) Prohibited uses (compliance & anti‑abuse)

You must not use the Service to:

1. Create/distribute illegal or harmful content (violence, terrorism, hate, fraud, defamation, harassment, etc.);
2. Infringe rights (portrait/privacy/copyright) without authorization;
3. Impersonate others or conduct scams and misleading activities;
4. Create high‑risk content involving minors;
5. Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, bypass limits, automate abusive requests or exploit vulnerabilities;
6. Evade billing/credits rules, abuse trials, laundering, chargeback fraud;
7. Any other activity that creates material risk to users, the platform or third parties.

Strict AI Content Safety Filter (NSFW Filter): This platform has a built-in strict AI content safety filtering mechanism. It is strictly prohibited to generate any adult, pornographic, violent, or politically sensitive content (Deepfake NSFW).

We may take actions such as blocking content, terminating jobs, withholding delivery, rate limiting, suspending or closing accounts, preserving evidence and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

5) Rights in Materials and Outputs

1. Your Materials: you must have lawful rights or permissions to upload and process them.
2. Processing license: you grant us the necessary rights to receive, store, transcode, run inference, transmit and display Materials to provide the Service.
3. Your Outputs: if your Materials are lawful and you use the Service compliantly, you may use the Outputs; you remain responsible for downstream use, distribution and commercialization.
4. Our IP: models, algorithms, UI, workflows, trademarks and related content are owned by us or rights holders.

6) Subscriptions, fees and credits

1. Pricing, plan contents, trial and auto‑renewal rules are as shown on product and checkout pages.
2. Trials may auto‑renew into a paid plan unless you cancel before renewal.
3. Credits/minutes issuance, consumption and refresh follow the rules shown in your account/product pages.
4. For payment anomalies or suspected fraud, we may pause access pending verification.

Refunds/cancellations are governed by the Website’s Payments/Refunds policy.

7) Availability & disclaimers

1. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free Service.
2. Delays or interruptions may occur due to networks, devices or third‑party providers (storage, auth, payments).
3. You accept the risks of AI‑generated content (misalignment, artifacts, compliance disputes, etc.).

Disclaimer: This tool is for entertainment and lawful purposes only, and is strictly prohibited from being used to infringe on the portrait rights of others. All demo materials use open-source copyrights or AI-generated virtual faces.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if:
